Things to note:
1. These Terms only apply within the territory of the People’s Republic of China, excluding Hong Kong, Macau Special Administrative Region, Taiwan and other countries and regions.
2. Customers must properly keep the standard invoice issued by the State Taxation Bureau or a copy thereof when purchasing the product. During repairs, they may be required to produce the above voucher as a basis for warranty.
Liability Waiver:
1. Products without company logo.
2. The product or component has exceeded the company’s warranty period, unless the two parties have signed a separate agreement to extend the warranty service.
3. Machine failure or damage caused by the use of non-standard or non-company parts or software.
4. Failure or damage caused by unforeseen accidental factors or human reasons (operating errors, scratches, handling, bumps, connection to inappropriate voltage, etc.).
5. Failure or damage caused by force majeure such as natural disasters (such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, etc.).
6. Other failures or damages that are not caused by quality problems of the company’s products (including components) themselves.
7. If the product fails due to the above conditions and the customer requires maintenance services, the company’s service agency will provide paid maintenance services after judgment.
